Luther offers his perspective as a medical dispensary owner on issues 300 and 301 on the ballot this year which determine whether or not the selling of recreational marijuana will be allowed in Colorado Springs. Luther offered his support to Your Choice Colorado Springs to help the campaign this year and shares why he believes recreational marijuana would be a benefit for the Colorado Springs community.
